We’ve worked with lots of clients from many different industries. Our work varies from client to client. Some receive a comprehensive service of integrated marketing and some simply require help developing a new brand and initial promotional material. Below is a small sample of what we do and who we’ve worked with.
Las Iguanas opened its latest restaurant in Chester on 30 September 2015. The company approached Zebra early in 2015 to utilise its local knowledge, identifying key contacts and press, and producing a PR strategy that raised awareness of the restaurant to its target audience. This was achieved through local PR, a pre-launch event and an official VIP evening.
We needed a company that had a great local knowledge of Chester to help us integrate the new restaurant. Zebra has built relationships with the local press and has an extensive knowledge of local businesses and contacts. When we chose Zebra, we knew the team would take the time to understand exactly what Las Iguanas provides for its customers, and display that message through the strategy.
Zebra helped us create a buzz around the city that has drawn customers through our doors. With the relationships that have been built between Las Iguanas and the local press we have seen valuable coverage in the local media and it has given us a great start to ‘Latin life’ in Chester.

Career Evolution initially approached Zebra in 2015 to help it with its fifth birthday celebrations. Since then, the business has utilised our expertise in copywriting to help it engage new and existing customers with quality content. Career Evolution provides specialist advice and support services in outplacement, career transition and career management to companies experiencing change of all kinds. We’ve provided Career Evolution with weekly web articles, a sector workshop and help developing content for new marketing material, including a new newsletter.
Zebra Marketing and Communications has really helped us with our content marketing. We receive weekly articles for our website and helpful tweets and posts to promote the articles through our social media sites.
The articles have really captured the attention of our target audience with informative content that they are finding extremely useful. We had over 46 views within two days of one of the articles going live, and positive feedback from connections who are looking out for our articles each week. It has really helped us not only drive traffic to our website, but engage with potential new business.

Zebra began working with Fleximetry from its inception in summer 2014. The company provides McTimoney therapy to animals across North Wales, the Welsh Marches, Shropshire and Welshpool.
We helped launch Fleximetry, issuing several press releases and developing website copy and leaflets.
Thanks to Zebra’s support, I was able to generate interest in my company pretty quickly. I have had many new business enquiries that have come as a direct result of published press articles and the leaflets.
The team at Zebra are very easy to work with and incredibly approachable. The team offers realistic solutions that are affordable and practical for my business.
Nikki Alexander, Owner of Fleximetry
Imtech is one of the UK and Ireland’s largest and most successful broad-based technical services providers. With 2,860 employees, Imtech delivers high-quality solutions to national and international customers across all seven of its business areas.
Zebra has been working with one of Imtech UK’s business units, Imtech Water, Waste and Energy, since 2010 and has been involved with Imtech UK almost as long. We provide marketing support across a whole spectrum of activities, including internal and external communications, website development and much more.
The website looks great and feels aligned to our new strategy. Thanks again for all your hard work.
Graeme Wylie, Head of Business Support at Imtech UK
Empowering Youth Foundation
Clara, Zebra’s director, is a board member of Empowering Youth Foundation (EYF) meaning the business is heavily involved too. Zebra provides support in all areas, including copywriting, PR and employee volunteering. Zebra has also held a charity auction and three corporate fundraising events - raising almost £5,000.
EYF is very pleased to have Zebra as a standard bearer for the charity. Zebra has helped raise the profile of our charity at a time when it’s increasingly difficult to keep charities on-track. Thanks, in part, to Zebra’s skill and experience, EYF can continue to bring its programmes to those who will benefit most.

Bodhi360 is a newly-established situational awareness and risk management training company. We provided strategic marketing and project management services and helped develop the company name, logo and brand, along with the production of the Bodhi360 website and the promotional animation. We worked collaboratively with designer Victoria Lee, UQ Web Design and Soup Creative to meet the client’s requirements.
I know how important it is to get your marketing right, and when we setup Bodhi360, we needed a company to oversee our marketing needs. Having worked with Clara before, we knew that she and the team would get the work done on time and in budget. They’ve done an excellent job and I would thoroughly recommend Zebra.
Dougie Eaglesham, Director of Bodhi360
Stick ‘n’ Step
Zebra has been working with Stick ‘n’ Step – a Wirral-based charity providing free conductive education to children with cerebral palsy – since January 2013. Our role has been to help raise awareness of the charity’s presence in the local area, through press releases and a quarterly stakeholder and supporters’ newsletter.
In the two years that Zebra has worked with Stick ‘n’ Step, three of its supporters also gained Civic Recognition and it received a Hidden Gems award from High Sheriff of Merseyside in early 2014. Liverpool Echo also named it as Charity Organisation at the 2014 Pride of Merseyside Awards.
Your involvement has helped make sure that the people of Merseyside know who we are and what we do.
The level of support that we receive locally has definitely increased and we’re now approaching a transitional phase where the future for Stick ‘n’ Step is looking very promising.
Sarah Smithson, Operations Manager
Zebra worked with Today’s Conveyancer on its ‘Moving with the Times’ conference in 2012. Zebra developed the conference pack and other literature surrounding the event, as well as PR and managing the event. Zebra has also worked on the copy for a sister website, Lawyer Checker.
I am grateful to Zebra for the help and support on the run up to the conference and throughout the event.
It was gratifying to see so many of the industry’s finest come together at my conference.
Chris Harris, CEO of Today’s Conveyancer
